Key Club
​All Members Must:
-
attend 6 meeting per quarter
-
complete a minimum of 50 hours per year
-
keep track of their own service hours
(Check for mistakes on the powerpoint presented during meetings. If a member sees a mistake with their hours, they have five days to notify a Board Member. If no problems are reported with the five days of it being posted, all will be recorded as standing for official Key Club records.)
Dress Code:

Every Key Club member is expected to wear the Key Club shirts to events and projects unless specifically told otherwise.

If you do not have a Key Club shirt, wear a Lakewood Ranch HS shirt and appropriate bottoms.
Before an Event

Sign up online

Read the description - important info is on there regarding the event
During an Event

Sign in with the officer in charge
-
Stay OFF of your phone
-
Do not stand around and talk to friends - you are there to HELP!
Before you Leave an Event

Go to the officer in charge & get your volunteer form
Canceling an Event:​

If you do not show up to an event, you will get a “strike”.

If you earn 3 strikes you will be asked to leave the club.

To avoid getting a strike, you must find a replacement member to take your spot at the event, and inform an officer of the change.

If the replacement attends the project, no strike will be given. If they do not attend, both the original club member and the replacement will receive a strike.

This rule will start over again each quarter.

**Let us know your replacement by commenting or Direct Messaging on the Instagram page.
Volunteer Forms

WE will give you your volunteer form at the end of the night with your hours.

After filling out the rest of the form, turn it into guidance.

If you do not pick up your volunteer form at the end of the event, you will not get one!
